List of documents for Turkey Tourist Visa required for each individual

• Original passport should be valid for next 6 months from date of tour completion and having at least 3 blank pages + previous passports (If previous passport is lost, attach the FIR Copy).
• Enclosed Visa Application Form and Undertaking dully filled and signed from applicants.
• 3 recent photos - 2.5 x 2.5 inch white background with 70% face of photo.
• Bank Statement of last 6 months, original with seal and stamp by bank and minimum closing balance Rs. 1 lakh. Statement should not be older than 4 to 5 days on the day of submission.
• Last 3 years ITR.
• Last 3 month's salary slips with company stamp and NOC / leave letter from company, if employed.
• Covering letter from applicant on Business Letter Head with stamp if self-employed, and on plain paper if employed.
• Company registration copy with applicant name on it (this must be notarized and attested by mantralaya), if self-employed.
• PAN card copy.

Additional document as applicable

• If the traveler is a Minor - NOC from both parents are required on Rs. 100 stamp paper dully notarized having same photos of both parents and child pasted on it which will be used for Visa and Passport copies of parents and child. This is required whether child traveling alone or with the parents in the format attached.
• If traveler is a student - NOC certificate from school / college is required.

E-Visa for Turkey

• Valid visa holders of any Schengen Country or UK or USA or Ireland are eligible for Turkey e-visa. Required Documents for them, include copies of first & last page of current passport and a copy of applicable valid Visa mentioned herewith.
