Important Travel Information

• Dealer Principal & Spouse have been cordially invited for the event.
• Dealer Principal may choose to bring his son/daughter in place of the spouse.
• Only 1 room (double/single occupancy as per requirement) will be allotted to each Dealer Principal.
• Dealer can bring in additional members, in such cases Dealer will need to book additional room directly from the hotel or through our travel partners. Also, an expense of Rs. 50,000/- per additional member (age more than 11 years) will be payable by the Dealer towards the cost of meals and other expenses.
• Airport pick-up & drop (shared coaches) have been arranged for the guests arriving at the event. (Only for 13th Feb arrivals & 16th Feb departures).
